Return & Refund Policy

 

We are pleased to offer the following options for returns and refunds:

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for unused and unworn items with tags attached, within 4 days of delivery.

  • Refund Options: Refunds can be processed within 15 days of your return request. Refunds are processed either through:

    • Online Refund: For online payments.

    • Store Credit: For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.

How to Process a Return/Exchange

Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Package Your Items:

    • Place all items, including the invoice, in a package.

    • Ensure that items are unworn and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items damaged in transit should still bear the original tag to qualify for return.

    • Address the package to: House Of Pink Store ,19/29 Rameshwar Society, Mhada, Four Bungalow, Andheri West 400053, Mumbai, India



  1. Send an Email:

    • Email us at houseofpinkstore@gmail.com with images of the product, packaging, and tags to schedule a pickup.

  2. Return Pickup:

    • Our courier partner will pick up the package at no extra cost within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

  • Once the item is picked up, we will issue:

    • Online Refund within 15 business days, based on the refund option selected when you placed the order.

    • Refund will be credited to original payment method within 10 days from the date refund good has been received in our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

  • Items purchased on www.houseofpink.store can be exchanged for the same or another item, subject to stock availability.  Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery.
